By submitting you agree to the following: Agreement is for classroom instruction. The student agrees to attend & participate in class & is not to distract or deter others from learning. If your student has behavior problems, he/she may be expelled. If your student is expelled, no refund will be given.*

Students agree to be rested & prepared to drive. No cell phones. All rules must be followed. Due to a large number of sign-ups failing to attend,

payment is required after invoice sent. We will not hold your place if payment is not received.

Invoice will be sent 24 to 48 hours after initial registration. If refund is requested less than 48

hours prior to start test, a $100.00 fee may be applied. *

Once classes have begun, NO refund can be

given. I understand that class certification expires 180 days after issued.*

The learners permit must be held for one year. During this year, a log of driving hours must be logged. 40 daytime and 10 nighttime hours. These hours must be completed with a Colorado licensed driver 21 years of age or older, and they must be a signer on the Affidavit of Liability Waiver (DMV form). You must also complete 6 hours of in-car (Behind the wheel) instruction with a certified driving school. BTW instruction is discounted if you take our 30 hr class.*
